Alison has always been very active. She enjoyed gymnastics and softball through high school and continued making time for daily physical activity even as she began her career. Whether it be biking, running, weight training or rollerblading, she made time every day. She worked as a corporate executive for 7 years before getting certified to teach group fitness classes. Her passion for fitness eventually led to a total career change! Alison enjoys working with people who want to maximize their time and make their workouts more efficient. The goal?.. leaner, stronger, faster, more flexible. The strategy?.. weight training, cross-training, core strength, stretching, and dietary improvements. Alison also enjoys sewing, cooking, yoga, music and gardening.
