Angela is a St. Louis native and a former dancer. She studied Athletic Training independently while achieving her degree in dance performance. After college she obtained her STOTT certification for mat and reformer Pilates. Currently, Angela is the certified Athletic Trainer for Lindbergh High School and teaches Pilates all over the St. Louis area. In her free time, Angela also studies Capoeira: a Brazilian martial art/dance form. Angela enjoys working with a wide variety of people, but especially likes those who are motivated.
