Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She specializes in yoga, bootcamps, strength and endurance training. She has worked with a variety of people with health issues such as diabetes, obesity and musculoskeletal problems, and of course loves working with the general population on overall health.
When not training or instructing Melissa enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking, knitting, music, art and painting!
