Tom is a 23 year veteran of college athletics and the strength and conditioning field. He has served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for SLU, University of Illinois-Chicago, Southeast Missouri State and the University of Florida. Tom has published two books on Strength and Conditioning and various other periodicals and articles. Although his background is in training athletes, he really enjoys working with all people, especially those who are committed to their goals. He is currently an exercise specialist with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
Tom spends a lot of time working, but also enjoys spending time with his son, working out himself, playing golf, going to water parks and of course keeping up on the latest training research.
