Describe your ideal client/class participant: Open to growth, willing to listen to their bodies and meet new challenges
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? I have been a practitioner of yoga for over 13 years and taught for the last two years. Yoga has provided me not only physical benefits but also mental dexterity and supports my spiritual values. I consider teaching to be sharing the positive energy I attain through yoga to others.
What is your “go to” workout song? Rokysopp “Keyboard Milk.”
Additional info: Though I teach mostly a gentle style yoga, I have a penchant for contact sports like rugby and also practice Capoeria.
