Someone determined who is ready to work hard! A client who wants to exercises with a purpose, is ready to set goals and appreciates the process. Sense of humor is a must!
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you?
I prioritize health and happiness above all else! I will make sure my time with you exemplifies that. I completely believe health and exercise are for everybody, at every fitness level and stage of life. It’s about finding an approach to exercise that matches your lifestyle, so it’s both effective and fun!
