Describe your ideal client/class participant: Those really looking to learn about their body, and change their movement patterns to prevent/ treat injuries, and increase mobility and strength in order to improve their overall quality of life.
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? I am tough! My work is deep and requires some intellectual rigor in addition to precision of movement. And let’s have fun!
What is your “go to” workout song? I don’t have a go to song, but I like to use all different genres to bring out a range of movement qualities and introduce new dynamics to the class.
Additional info: I used to be a professional ballet and modern dancer, so I look at movement holistically, and don’t think bodies should be bound by any specific modality. Everyone has different needs and challenges, so I like to address those, and think it important to incorporate whatever props or movements are best fitting to do so.
