Ideal client/class participant: My major emphasis is helping athletes who are looking to improve their golf game or any kind of physical performance. My focus is on movement assessments and using each individual’s current movement patterns to make a program so they can improve their mobility, increase performance and limit risk for injury.
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you?
I believe that there are key movements that each person should be able to safely and comfortably perform pain-free. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, I can tailor a plan to restore proper function to nagging joints or pains or help to improve strength and performance.
