Home Glute Focus Legs ➡️
Socks needed only but if you have booty bands and something heavy grab them!
Engage your core and glutes during each movement!

Warm Up ➡️ 20x3 
Hip Thrust w/ Pulse: Push through your heels and squeeze!

Supersets: (15x4 each side)
3 Pause Back Lunge: Engage core for better balance.

Squat Pulse -> Back Lunge: Stay as low as you can!

Laying hamstring curl: Starting with heels out slowly pull in and back out. A small towel can be used in place of socks and is a little easier.

Cross Deadlift: (30 in all) This is a precursor to a single leg deadlift, focusing on one leg at a time while still having the support of the other. Place the support leg behind and perform a deadlift, keeping core engaged and back neutral. Go until you can feel a stretch in your hamstring and come back up.

Elevated Hip Thrust: Explode up and count to three on the way down squeezing your booty the whole time.

Squat Kick: If you aren’t using bands make sure to squeeze while raising your leg!

Sweeping Squat Step: Get as low as you can!

Seated Hip Abductions: I like doing these pretty close to the ground, the angle targets your glutes more. If not using a band slow the movement down to focus on the squeeze, try placing your palms on the outside of your knees and apply resistance!

If you don’t have a medicine ball, grab backpack or gym bag you don’t mind scuffing up and fill it with clothes, books, dry beans or rice. Or a mixture of things!
(Mine is 20lbs)

To start, I did 5 min of jump rope to get warm, if you don’t have a rope try the second movement I did in the same clip.

45 sec work | 15 sec rest | 5 rounds 🐶 Side to Side Lunge w/ Jump Squat: Perform two side lunges and a wide jump squat focusing on keeping your core tight and driving up through your heels. 🐶 Alternating Ball Throw Burpee: Good push ups, don’t just yourself just fall to the ground! Go on your knees if you need. Aim at throwing just as far as you can jump (I overestimated a couple times 🤣) 🐶 Hip out push up: Starting in plank perform one push-up, then bring one leg under and across like you are going to sit down on your hip and repeat! 🐶 Sprint: If you don’t have much room try the shuffles 😊

And to finish destroying your arms:
Do these till failure 3x through

Upper body finisher: 🐶 One arm ball press: I like the ball for this because it add some instability, but you can use a water gallon, rocks, bricks. 🐶 Wall squat ball hold: Find a wall and hold your weight of choice ABOVE eye level until you can’t 😊
