Favorite Workout: I like variety! Running, yoga, barre, spin, Pilates, kayaking, paddle boarding. My top 2 (with regularity) would have to be running & yoga-quite the dichotomy, but they complement each other well.
Ideal Client/Class participant: Anyone who wants to do more, be more, grow more & feel better, both mentally & physically.
The most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? Actually, about ‘themselves’—that wherever you are in your health & fitness journey, you are exactly where you are supposed to be right now…so ‘be here’, be present, and enjoy the journey! Since I was a child, I have been interested in, fascinated by, and passionate about how what we eat, how we move, and how we think, affects our bodies (and minds).
Go-to workout song: I don’t have a go-to workout song or a specific type of music. I like to mix that up quite a bit, as well. It depends on the type of workout, time of day, the mood I’m in (or need to be in!)
